Terms of study
These terms cover lessons, workshops, and consultations booked with Notion Vertexfield Academy Co., Ltd. They are written for students, not for a general software service. By asking the desk to hold a seat, paying a deposit, or attending a sitting, you accept them.
The academy
Notion Vertexfield Academy Co., Ltd. teaches chart reading in person at its room in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan, Thailand. The registered office address and telephone number are printed in the footer of this site and on the contact page. Email for study matters is hello@notion-vertexfield.click.
What a booking is
A published rate is an invitation to inquire. A seat exists when the academy writes to confirm it and, where a deposit is required, when that deposit has been received. Correspondence before that confirmation does not reserve a desk. The website lists rates and dates and does not collect payment.
Classroom materials
Printed sheet packs, paper recaps, and the marking sequence used in the room are the academy’s materials. You may keep the copies issued to you and use your own marks for personal study. You may not reprint the packs for sale, upload the recap sheets as a course, or present the sequence as your own teaching product. Notes you write in your own notebook remain yours.
Your own market decisions
Lessons teach how to read price charts across weekly, daily, and four-hour sheets. A mark made in class is a classroom exercise. Decisions to buy, sell, or hold any instrument remain yours. The academy does not place orders and does not watch an account for you.
Conduct in the room
The room holds a small number of people so that every sheet can be seen. You are asked to arrive at the stated time, keep phones off the desk during marking, and speak about your own sheets rather than another student’s positions. The academy may end a sitting for a person who disrupts the room, and the refund page explains what is returned in that case.
Deposits, cancellation, and refunds
Deposit amounts, cancellation windows, missed sittings, and refunds are set out on the refund page. Those rules are part of these terms. If a sentence here and a sentence there ever diverge, the refund page governs money already paid, and these terms govern the rest.
Liability
The academy is responsible for providing the sitting described in your confirmation: the hours, the instructor named or a stated substitute, and the sheet pack for the instrument you registered. It is not responsible for trading losses, missed prices, or decisions you make from your marks after you leave. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to a sitting
If the academy cancels a sitting, you may take a full refund of sums paid for it or move to the next comparable date, at your choice. If an instructor is ill, the other instructor will take the evening when possible. If the room itself cannot open, the academy will write to you the same day with a new date or a refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes that cannot be settled by writing to the academy are subject to the courts of Thailand.
