Data controller

The controller is Notion Vertexfield Academy Co., Ltd., established in 2015. The contact address is 123/5 King Kaew Rd, Racha Thewa, Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan 10540. The telephone number is 023851132. The email is hello@notion-vertexfield.click. Questions about your information can be sent to that address with the subject “Personal data”.

What is collected

The contact form asks for your name, email address, the lesson you are considering, an optional preferred date, the instrument you follow, and a message. The academy also keeps the confirmation emails that follow a booking, the record of a deposit and the remaining fee, and any sheets you voluntarily send ahead of a consultation. The cookie choice, if you make one, is stored in your browser under the key described on the cookie page and is not sent to the academy’s server.

Why it is used

Information from the form is used to answer you, prepare the correct sheet pack, hold a seat, and send payment instructions by email. Seat and payment records are kept so the company can meet its accounting duties in Thailand. The academy does not use inquiry messages to build an advertising audience.

Legal basis

The academy relies on steps toward a contract when you ask for a seat, on that contract once you are enrolled, and on a legal obligation for tax and accounting records. A message that is only a question, with no booking, is handled on the legitimate interest of replying to people who wrote to the desk. You may object to that use; the practical result is that the desk will stop writing to you about lessons.

Retention

Inquiry emails that do not become a booking are deleted within 24 months. Records of a confirmed seat, deposits, and refunds are kept for five years after the sitting, in line with ordinary accounting practice for a Thai company. Printed sheets left behind in the room are destroyed at the end of the cycle rather than filed.

Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you may ask to see the information the academy holds about you, to correct it, to delete it where the law allows, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to receive a copy in a portable form where that right applies. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee. A request emailed to hello@notion-vertexfield.click is acknowledged within two working days and answered within thirty days.

International transfers

The academy teaches in Samut Prakan and keeps booking notes locally. Email and website hosting may pass through servers outside Thailand. Where that happens, the academy chooses providers that commit to protect the messages and limits what is sent to what a reply requires: your name, your email, the lesson, and the text you wrote.

Sharing

Personal information is shared with the bank when you pay a transfer, with the accountant who prepares the company’s filings, and with an email host that carries the message. It is not sold. Instructors Arisa Khemthong and Niran Sutham see the instrument name and your sheets because they teach the sitting.

Children

The desk is for adults. The academy does not knowingly collect information from children.
