Cookie notice
This page explains what cookies are, what this academy site actually stores, and how to clear that storage. It sits beside the privacy notice.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site can ask your browser to keep, so a later visit can recognise a preference. Similar storage exists in the browser under the name localStorage. It stays on your device until you clear it. This site uses localStorage for one consent record and does not set analytics cookies.
Types used here
Essential storage records whether you chose Accept or Reject on the banner. Analytics cookies are not used. The academy does not run an advertising tag, a heatmap, or a third-party measurement script. Rejecting the banner does not lock any page, form, or lesson description. Accepting it records the same kind of choice and still adds no analytics cookie.
Storage table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| notion-vertexfield-cookie-consent | Remembers Accept or Reject so the banner stays closed on later visits. | Until you clear site data for this domain. It does not expire on its own. | Notion Vertexfield Academy Co., Ltd., stored in your browser as localStorage, first party. |
Third-party cookies
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. That request is made so the serif and coordinate lettering can appear. The academy does not add a third-party analytics cookie on top of it. If your browser blocks third-party requests, the pages remain readable in the browser’s own serif fonts.
How to manage or disable storage
Use the Reject button on the banner if you do not want an Accept flag stored. You can also clear cookies and site data for notion-vertexfield.click in your browser settings. After a clear, the banner appears again on the next visit because the previous choice is gone. Browser makers document this under privacy or site settings; the steps differ between Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Effect of switching storage off
The lessons, rates, journal, and contact form still work. The form does not depend on the consent flag. You may see the banner on each new visit if nothing can be stored. That is the only change.
