What people actually marked, and what they gave up.

These notes name a sitting and a habit. One of them includes a complaint about the short paper recap, left as it was written.

I spent the first two Tuesdays annoyed that we were still on the weekly sheet. I had come for the four-hour chart. By week four I could see that the four-hour moves I used to chase were still inside a daily range we had marked in week two. I still wish the paper recap were longer than four lines, but the sheets themselves are what I spread out on Sunday night.

The Saturday gave me a way to mark a weekly high without redrawing it every time the daily candle looked dramatic. I can walk to the room after a morning shift and be out by 16:00.

I brought a bank chart I had scribbled on for months. Niran made me turn the weekly sheet around and explain the last two swings in plain speech. The parts I could not explain were the parts I had been acting on. I left with three levels and a note to stop adding lines that exist only on the four-hour.

Arisa will not let you skip ahead. I tried. She moved my four-hour sheet to the side and asked me what the week was doing. Fair enough.

Anucha and the SET50 sheets, March 2026

Anucha works an afternoon warehouse roster and had been keeping a four-hour chart of SET50 futures in a squared notebook. The weekly page at the back of that notebook was blank. He took the Desk Cycle because a colleague from the Saturday workshop told him the room would make him start there.

In week one he tried to sneak the four-hour print out of the stack. Arisa turned it over and asked for the last two weekly swings. He could point at them on the sheet she had printed, and he could not say which of his notebook lines matched them. They erased more than they drew. He said afterwards that the evening felt like a demotion.

By week four the weekly sheet had three levels written in the margin in sentences. The four-hour page was allowed out, and most of the pushes he cared about sat inside the daily range from week two. He did not enjoy that discovery. He did start leaving the intraday notebook in his bag until Sunday, when he marked the new weekly close first.

At the final review he still had one level he could not defend. Niran had him cross it out in front of the room. Anucha kept the sheets. He still comes to a Thursday consultation when a month has been messy, rather than starting another six-week seat. The part he mentions without being asked is the crossed-out line, not the ones that stayed.
